routine maintenance and maintenance of concrete mixing plant

first, routine maintenance work

1. keep the machine and the surrounding environment clean.

2. clear the accumulated material in the hopper in time to make the sensor return to zero normally.

3. check if the lubricating oil at each lubrication point is sufficient. the oil mister in the pneumatic system should maintain sufficient oil.

4. check whether the motor or electric appliance has overheating or abnormal noise, whether the instrument indication is normal, and whether the signal system is intact.

5, often check and adjust the cylinder, butterfly valve and electromagnetic valve, etc., so that opening and closing meet the requirements.

6. always check each system. if there are ash leakage, air leakage, oil leakage and leakage, it should be handled in time.

7. the mixer and the discharge hopper should be cleaned every four hours to prevent the residual concrete from consolidating and hinder normal operation.

8. each class should be drained of internal water such as air compressors, gas storage tanks and filters, and eliminate faults during operation.

9. butterfly valves, mixers, solenoid valves, air filters and oil misters are maintained in accordance with the relevant instructions.

second, the maintenance of the aggregate supply system

1. before each shift, the belt conveyor must be checked for no-load, clean up debris, dirt, etc., tighten the screws of each part, adjust the deviation of the belt, and the rotation parts should be flexible.

2. the electric drum should be changed regularly according to the instruction manual.

3. after six months of use, inspect and make up the lubricating grease at the bearing parts of each rotating part, and then carry out comprehensive disassembly and oil change once a year.

4, the sweeper often check and adjust the scrape close to the belt position to ensure that the material is normal.

third, the maintenance of the metering system

1. each class must check and adjust the soft interfaces of the measuring bucket to keep the length loose and ensure the measurement accuracy.

2. after the winter shutdown, all the water supplied by the water supply system and the admixture should be drained.

3. the admixture pump must be backwashed if it is seasonally deactivated to prevent the deposit of the pipeline and the pump from depositing or not.

fourth, the maintenance of the mixing system

for the maintenance of the mixer, please refer to the mao series double-spool mixer maintenance manual, but the following points should be taken seriously:

1. check the shaft end seal chamber, the distributor inlet and outlet and the seal line for smoothness, whether it is full of grease, and whether there are enough lubricating oil (fat) for each lubrication point and reduction gear box.

2. observe whether the grease in the oil storage cylinder of the electric lubrication pump is used up in each shift. it should be filled up in time when it is used up, and no oil-free operation is allowed.

3. each shift must be thoroughly cleaned of the inside and outside of the mixing drum, the discharge door, etc., and rinsed with water. the improperly washed adhesive should be cut off regularly.

4. the mixing blade must be tightened once a week to prevent the blade from falling off and causing an accident.

five, powder supply system maintenance

1. the vibrator in the cement roof dust removal device must be vibrated several times a week, and the sticky dust on the dust bag (filter rod) should be removed to ensure smooth running.

2. the inner wall of the feed port and the discharge port of the screw conveyor must be cleaned once a week to prevent hard agglomeration and debris jamming and insufficient discharge.

3. do not use the cement in the screw machine for a long time.

4. the grease must be injected once every four hours at the outer ball bearing and the middle support bearing of the screw conveyor (the wam screw machine does not need to be greased), the first oil change time of the tail gearbox is 500 hours, and it will be replaced every year. primary grease (no. 0 lithium base grease)

sixth, the maintenance of the pneumatic system

a) maintenance of air compressors:

the air compressor is the main body of the air source device and plays an important role in the air circuit system. therefore, in the use of the following aspects must be done.

1. precautions before use:

(1) the air compressor should be placed horizontally, fixedly and well ventilated.

(2), can not withstand the wind and rain, can not be exposed to the sun.

(3) adjust the upper and lower limits of the air pressure automatic switch. if the pressure is too low, the cylinder will be slow, and the pressure is too high, which is unfavorable to the seal of the pneumatic system.

(4) check the oil level of the lubricating oil, keep the oil level between the upper and lower lines of the oil dipstick, and add new oil when the oil surface is close to the lower line;

(5) check if the tension of the conveyor belt is suitable. when the belt is pressed with a finger, the belt is about 10mm. when replacing the conveyor belt, the whole group should be replaced to keep the tension tight.

2. precautions during operation: during operation, the operator should always observe the working pressure of the air compressor and must not exceed the rated value. check for oil leakage, air leakage, and abnormal noise. if abnormal phenomena are found, stop the machine immediately.

3. maintenance:

(1) discharge the condensed water in time, open the drain valve under the gas storage tank after shutdown, and put down the condensate.

(2) regularly change the lubricating oil. generally, it is determined according to the running time of the air compressor, and the new oil is replaced every 1000 hours or 4 months.

(3), regularly clean the air filter element, because the filter element is too dirty, the air entering the compressor cylinder is too dusty, accelerate the wear of the cylinder and piston ring, and easy to form carbon deposits affect the sealing of the valve; serious at the same time, it will cause the cylinder and helium to be pulled, which will cause the pollution of the lubricating oil and affect the lubrication effect. when the gas is blown, the oil will be generated. the gap between the cylinder wall and the piston ring will be too large, and the contaminated lubricating oil will break into the air. the inside of the chamber is compressed and forms an oil mist, thereby contaminating the compressed air. (the cleaning of the paper filter element is blown from the inside to the outside with compressed air; if it is filled with sponge, it is cleaned with detergent)

b) the use and maintenance of cylinders

the function of the cylinder is to convert the pressure energy of the compressed air into mechanical energy. under normal circumstances, the cylinder should be quickly placed in place with the on/off switch of the solenoid valve power supply; it is important to lubricate the cylinder wall and piston due to the repeated movement of the cylinder piston. generally, the oil mist is atomized, injected into the air flow, and enters the lubrication part with the air to achieve the purpose of lubrication. during the working process, the lubrication effect of the cylinder close to the oil mister is good, and the lubrication effect of the cylinder far from the oil mister is poor. this situation is particularly evident on the cylinders of the aggregate bin. the solution is to add an oil mister in the middle of the aggregate gas path. for the piston rod, apply a layer of butter to prevent rust. the faults that are easy to occur in the cylinder are air leakage, and there are two kinds of leakage: internal leakage and external leakage. the internal leakage refers to the serious wear of the cylinder piston assembly, causing the piston to suffocate before and after, affecting the speed of the cylinder movement, and causing the switch to be in place when it is serious; the external leakage means that the end seal of the piston rod in contact with the cylinder is seriously worn and leaks, causing the piston rod to recover slowly and even fail to return.

c) the use and maintenance of solenoid valves

the function of the solenoid valve is to regulate the pressure, flow and flow direction of the compressed air. the solenoid valve can be used to form various gas paths, so that the pneumatic actuator can work normally according to the designed procedure. the common fault of the solenoid valve is air leakage. the performance is that the solenoid valve is not working (the air pressure is within the standard range), and there are air leakage at the two exhaust ports on the air inlet side. the repair method is to disassemble the solenoid valve, clean the parts with clean diesel, dry with clean cotton yarn and apply a small amount of oil on the surface; if the piston rod in the valve is seriously worn or the seal is broken, replace the new one.

4) use and maintenance of oil-water separators and oil misters

the compressed air that is output from the gas source device and obtained preliminary purification generally needs to pass through pneumatic auxiliary components (such as oil water separator, pressure regulating valve, oil mister, etc.) before entering the pneumatic equipment. the function of the oil-water separator is to filter out moisture and particulate dust in the compressed air. therefore, the sewage in the water cup should be discharged in time through the manual exhaust valve; the oil mist device is a special oil filling device, which functions to inject the lubricating oil into the air flow after being atomized, and enters the portion to be lubricated with the air. the lubricating oil in the oil mister is made of ordinary diesel engine oil. the oil in the oil storage cup should be replaced in time. the capacity of the oil storage cup is calculated according to 100ml, and 100 hours is suitable. the function of the pressure regulating valve is to match the output pressure with the actual required pressure of each pneumatic device and device, and to maintain the pressure value stable.
